Building and maintaining relationships with my clients is the main focus of my company. If people ask me what I do for a living I would say the following:

I help people to reach their financial goals and protect themselves if a disaster strikes. In other words, wealth creation and wealth protection.

The process I follow with each new client is as follows:
  1. Contact with the client to set up a first interview.

  2. In the first interview I will sit down with the client and complete a detailed needs analysis to assess the client's own personal situation.  The first interview is at no cost to the client as I first need to see whether or not I can help the client.  From there we set up a time for our next appointment.

  3. On the second interview I will discuss and go through the plan I have prepared for the client and make sure that the client understands everything we discuss.  The client then has the option of either implementing the plan I have proposed or keeping the plan to implement at a later stage. 

  4. A follow up visit will be arrange to ensure that everything has gone to plan and that the client is satisfied with the service I have provided.
Fees

The first interview will be at no cost.
Each client's needs are different; therefore all fees will be discussed and disclosed in the first interview. In many cases I have waived my fees depending on the level of other income I receive.
